• Integration data: Data passed between Dorazo and your connected TMS systems (Samsara, McLeod, ascendTMS) as authorized by you.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Dorazo platform
• Automate logistics workflows on your behalf as directed by your account configuration
• Improve platform functionality and AI model performance
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.

Dorazo does not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• TMS integrations: Data is passed to and from Samsara, McLeod, and ascendTMS only as authorized by your account configuration.
• Service providers: We may engage trusted vendors (e.g., infrastructure, email delivery) who process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or valid legal process.
