01

Service Provider Status

Dorazo is an AI-powered logistics automation service provider. Dorazo is not a carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, or shipping company.

Dorazo does not transport freight, negotiate shipping contracts on behalf of users, or assume any liability for shipments, loads, or freight movements. Dorazo provides software tools that help automate logistics communications and workflows for fleets that use supported TMS platforms.

02

AI Autonomy and Accuracy

Certain features within the Dorazo platform operate using artificial intelligence and automated decision-making. AI-generated outputs — including scheduling suggestions, status updates, and dispatch recommendations — are provided as operational aids and may not be 100% accurate.

Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before making critical operational or business decisions. Dorazo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI output for a particular purpose.

03

No Liability for Freight

Dorazo is not liable for any of the following:

  • Freight damage, loss, delay, or shortage
  • Shipping errors, missed pickups, or failed deliveries
  • Carrier regulatory violations or licensing issues
  • Contractual disputes between carriers, brokers, and shippers
  • Errors produced by AI-generated recommendations
  • System failures or service interruptions that affect operations
  • Data breaches or unauthorized access to third-party systems
  • Failures of third-party APIs (Samsara, McLeod, ascendTMS, or others)

All freight liability remains with the carriers, brokers, and shippers involved in each shipment. Dorazo's role is limited to software tooling.

04

Uptime and Performance

Dorazo targets 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time data accuracy, instant response times, or 100% feature availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or unforeseen technical events may cause service interruptions. Dorazo will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

05

Data Privacy

Dorazo collects operational data necessary to provide its services. Dorazo does not sell, share, or disclose user data to third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be disclosed if required by applicable law or valid legal process. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

06

Regulatory Compliance

Dorazo may assist with monitoring certain compliance-related data but does not guarantee regulatory compliance and is not a legal or compliance advisor.

Users are solely responsible for:

  • DOT compliance and carrier authority requirements
  • Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
  • Electronic Logging Device (ELD) logging and record-keeping
  • All applicable federal, state, and local shipping laws
07

Third-Party Integrations

Dorazo integrates with third-party platforms including Samsara, McLeod Software, and ascendTMS. Dorazo is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or failures of these third-party services or their APIs. Users are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of each respective third-party provider.
