AI Disclosure
Last updated: August 2, 2026
Dorazo is an AI-powered platform. This disclosure explains what AI does in our product, what data it uses, and how you can opt out of specific AI-driven interactions.
How Dorazo Uses AI
Dorazo uses artificial intelligence throughout its logistics automation platform. AI is not an optional add-on — it is the core mechanism by which the platform automates work. Specifically, Dorazo uses AI to:
- Inbound call answering: An AI receptionist answers calls placed to your business number, speaks with the caller, and handles the request. The caller initiates the call; the AI response is AI-generated.
- Message taking: AI captures the caller's name, callback number, and reason for calling, and delivers a structured message to your staff.
- Appointment scheduling: AI checks availability on your connected calendar and books appointments during the call (requires a connected calendar account).
- Call transcripts: AI produces a written transcript and short summary of each call for your records.
- Sales and support chat: The website chatbot (Bruce) is an AI assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic). It answers questions about Dorazo, captures lead information, and initiates trial signups.
- Outbound sales calls: AI places outbound voice calls to prospective customers on behalf of Dorazo. These calls include an explicit disclosure that the caller is an AI.
AI Voice Call Disclosure
If you receive a voice call from Dorazo, you may be speaking with an AI. The AI receptionist identifies itself as an AI whenever asked, and states the name of the business on whose behalf it is answering. You will never be deceived into believing you are speaking with a human when you are not.
Specifically, every Dorazo AI voice call:
- Opens with an explicit statement that the caller is an AI (e.g., “Hi, this is an automated call from Dorazo”)
- Identifies the company on whose behalf the call is made
- States the purpose of the call
- Provides an opt-out mechanism at any time during the call
- Is only placed during permitted calling hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone)
This disclosure applies to inbound calls answered by Dorazo on behalf of a Customer business.
AI Provider
Dorazo uses Claude, developed by Anthropic, PBC, as its AI language model for chat, call handling, voice responses, and email generation. Dorazo does not use OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider.
Data sent to Anthropic for processing is governed by Anthropic's data use policy. Anthropic does not use Dorazo customer data to train its models. For details, see Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
What Data AI Uses
Dorazo's AI agents access the following data to perform their functions:
- For call answering: Caller phone number, what the caller says during the call, and your configured greeting, hours, departments, and FAQs.
- For email handling: The full text of incoming emails routed to the Service, including sender, subject, and body.
- For scheduling: Availability and booking data from your connected calendar account.
- For message delivery: Caller name, number, reason for calling, and the call transcript sent to your team by email or SMS.
- For chat: The content of the conversation, including any contact information voluntarily shared by the user.
AI agents do not access financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, or personal data beyond what is described above.
AI Limitations and Human Oversight
AI-generated outputs — including spoken responses, transcripts, messages, and appointment details — may contain errors. Dorazo does not represent that AI outputs are always accurate or suitable for any specific business decision.
The Dorazo platform is designed to handle routine call handling, not to replace human judgment on material decisions. Customers retain full responsibility for:
- Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated invoices before submission
- Reviewing appointments and messages before treating them as binding commitments
- Reviewing call transcripts — AI summaries are aids, not a verbatim legal record
- Confirming any caller-provided details before acting on them
Customers can configure approval thresholds and human-review gates for any AI-automated action within their account settings.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of specific AI-driven interactions as follows:
- AI call answering: Ask to speak with a person at any point during a call, and the AI will take a message or route you to staff.
- AI outbound sales calls: Say “do not call” during a call or email hello@dorazoai.com with your phone number and we will add you to our do-not-call list within one business day.
- SMS notifications: Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of all SMS communications from that number.
- AI email automation: Customers may disable AI-generated emails for specific workflows in account settings.
- Website chat: The chat widget is optional. Close or ignore it to avoid interacting with Bruce.
